Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a text-to-image service that generates tattoo design concepts from your descriptions and selected styles. Designs are AI-generated references for discussion with a professional tattoo artist, not medical advice or a guarantee that a design is suitable for tattooing.

The generator currently uses OpenAI GPT Image 2.5 Flare, accessed through Kie.ai (model identifier: gpt-image-2-5-flare-text-to-image). The model name is also displayed in the generator. We may change the model or service features and will update the relevant disclosures when we do so.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use / AI-Generated Content Rules

These rules apply to all prompts, descriptions, additional instructions, and content you generate, download, share, or otherwise use through the service. You must not request, generate, or distribute any of the following, including by disguising a request as art, a tattoo, fiction, or roleplay:

1. Pornography / NSFW: Pornographic or sexually explicit content, depictions of sexual acts, sexually exploitative material, or nudity intended for sexual gratification, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence / gore: Graphic violence, mutilation, torture, severe injuries, or bloodshed; content that promotes, celebrates, or encourages violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
3. Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, including extremist or hate symbols used to promote these views.
4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Any content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, abuses, or endangers a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This prohibition includes AI-generated, fictional, or altered depictions, and people presented as minors.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Deceptive depictions of real people, unauthorized use of another person's likeness, non-consensual synthetic intimate imagery, or content that impersonates someone or falsely suggests their identity, endorsement, or actions.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproductions of protected artwork, logos, or tattoo designs. Only submit material you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use.

You must also comply with applicable law and respect privacy and other rights. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, malware, unauthorized system access, or disruption. Do not bypass or attempt to bypass safety restrictions, including by changing wording, using coded language, or repeatedly submitting prohibited requests.

Reporting Violations

Report suspected prohibited content, abuse, or infringement to support@aitattoocreator.com. Use the subject Content report and, where available, include the task ID or page URL, approximate generation time, the reason for the report, and a safe description of the issue. Rights holders should identify the protected work and explain their authority to report it. Provide a reply address if you would like a response.

Do not attach, reproduce, or redistribute suspected CSAM or other unlawful material. Provide the relevant task ID or location instead. You do not need an account to email a report.

Content Review and Enforcement

Generation requests are subject to the AI provider's safety restrictions and may be rejected. We do not manually approve every image before delivery, and automated safeguards may miss prohibited content or reject permitted content.

When we receive a report or identify suspected abuse, we will review the available prompt, task records, output, and supporting information as necessary to assess it against these rules. We may request clarification from the reporter or affected user. We prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats, and other serious safety concerns.

Depending on the findings and severity, we may reject requests, remove or restrict access to content, warn users, or suspend or terminate access to the service. We may preserve relevant records and notify competent authorities where required by law. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination without a prior warning. These measures do not guarantee that every violation will be detected.

If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, email support@aitattoocreator.com with the subject Content appeal, the task ID or decision details, and your explanation. We will review the available information and correct the decision where appropriate. Do not resubmit prohibited content to evade a restriction.

Payment and Billing

Paid generation uses prepaid credits at the price shown before purchase. The generator shows the credit cost before submission. You are responsible for accurate billing information.

Credit Pack Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for an unused credit pack if you request it within 7 days (168 hours) of successful payment. All credits granted by that specific order must remain unused. Eligibility is assessed per order, not by your total account balance. Credits automatically returned for a failed generation do not count as used credits.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@aitattoocreator.com from your account email address within the 7-day window, with the subject Refund request.
2. Include your order number, purchase date, and the reason for your request so we can locate and review the payment. You do not need to provide a special reason for an eligible unused-pack refund. Never send passwords or full payment card details.
3. Stop using the credits from that order while your request is being reviewed. We will check the payment and credit usage records and reply within 5 business days of receiving your request. If we need more information, we will explain what is needed; the date of your original request determines whether you met the 7-day deadline.

Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment provider to the original payment method for the full amount paid for that order. The corresponding credits are removed when the refund is processed. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; contact us if you need help checking the status.

Credit packs that have been partially or fully used, and requests made after the 7-day window, are not eligible under this unused-pack refund policy. We do not offer a proportional cash refund for the remaining credits of a partially used pack under this policy. Free or promotional credits have no cash refund value.

If you believe you were charged twice, paid but did not receive your credits, or experienced another billing or service delivery error, email the same support address with the relevant order details even if the 7-day window has passed. We will investigate and correct verified errors, including issuing a refund where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Failed Generations

Failed generations automatically return the credits charged for that task to your account. This restores your credit balance and does not automatically refund the payment for a credit pack. To request a cash refund for an eligible unused pack, follow the refund process above.

Intellectual Property

Our software, branding, and original site content are protected by intellectual property law. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs and authorize us and our service providers to process those inputs to provide the service and address safety reports.

AI outputs may be similar to other content and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party rights. Review a design and obtain any necessary permissions before using it, especially commercially.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure by emailing support@aitattoocreator.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
